Taco Nights!

At YouthLink, we work everyday to envision the future we dream of for Auroville and the world.

Towards this direction, we started Idea Kitchen.

We believe that food is a basic human right that, sadly, is not often treated as such. We want to create a different culture around food: a culture where food is not an object of trade or simply a means to earn income, but what it truly is, a basic need that brings people together every step of the way.

Our aim is not only to foster a sense of community, but also to provide a space based on generosity and gift rather than transaction. We are starting small, as an experiment.

Every Friday, we will be cooking tacos for the community. No prices are marked. It is entirely up to the means and generosity of each one of us.

We hope to create a space where people can come together, share a delicious meal without any expectation, and experience a glimpse of the future we want to see in the world.
